Save the Date: The Desert Range Fellowship (DRF) returns on Nov. 8-9. We’ll be enjoying the beauty of the Anza-Borrego desert and a great time of food, fellowship, and fun. Bring your sons (age 10+) for a safe and friendly time of manly recreation.
DRF is an opportunity for men, their sons, and friends to participate in fellowship. You will have the opportunity to enjoy recreational shooting and camaraderie around the campfire in a safe and fun environment.

Our Desert Range Fellowship is coming up soon, Nov 8-9. If you’re not familiar with the “DRF program,” we set up at least
5 different ranges for shooting:
.22 rifle and pistol
Center-fire pistol
High-powered rifle
Bowling pin head-to-head competition
Shotgun (Annie Oakley style)
Ranges are open on Friday afternoon, Friday night shotgun (w/ floodlights), Saturday morning, and Saturday afternoon.
And there will be a few shooting competitions on Saturday.
Whether you shoot or not, the DRF is a great event for enjoying good food and fellowship, campfires, the beauty of the
Anza-Borrego desert, and a series of devotions from our pastoral staff. If you can’t make it out Friday, get out there early
on Saturday in time for breakfast.
All New Life men and sons age 10+ are welcome to join in this fun (and safe!) outdoor camping and shooting experience.
There’s a ton of preparation that goes into this event, not the least of which is making sure we have enough food for
everyone. Most of the food purchasing necessarily happens several days before the event. So if you’re going to come,
make sure to register early.
